Jason Chiu
• Extensive experience and knowledge in investment banking, including capital financing, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and complex transaction structures for listed and private companies
• Previously worked in the Investment Banking Division of UBS Group in Hong Kong, primarily responsible for advising large corporate clients on capital market activities. During this tenure, he completed a number of high-profile transactions with a total transaction value of over US$20 billion
• Appointed as an independent non-executive director of several listed companies, including Shandong Hi-Speed New Energy (1250.HK), Gaopeng Financial Technology (0290.HK), and Linghang Holdings (8237.HK)
