About Us

Alpha Asset Management (Hong Kong) (“Alpha Asset Management”) is an associate of Alpha Capital Group (“Alpha Capital”) and is a licensed corporation registered with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) holding licenses for Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities.

In addition to traditional cash, stocks, bonds, funds, private loans, private equity, and financial derivatives, we also focus on investment and financing in technology ventures, real estate, and alternative assets. This involves building asset management portfolios, assessing risk diversification, exploring investment value, formulating overall financial target strategies, and managing liquidity, striving to reduce risk exposure to single assets and strive for risk-adjusted returns for the asset portfolio.

Type 1 regulated activity (dealing in securities) license

Alpha Capital is a Hong Kong-based conglomerate providing diversified financial services to various corporate and high-net-worth clients. Established in 2004, Alpha Capital specializes in placing and underwriting businesses.
Acting as an underwriter/placement agent in various corporate financing projects, including public offerings, share placements, listed and unlisted bonds/warrants/options, etc.

(Providing advice on institutional financing) License

We have participated in numerous transactions, including acting as sponsor in a reverse takeover action and acting as compliance advisor to listed companies (Main Board and GEM). From 2016 to 2022, we have successfully sponsored the listing of 34 Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and overseas companies in Hong Kong. From 2017 to date, we have provided placing and underwriting services to 67 Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and overseas companies listed in Hong Kong.

(Advising on Securities) License

When providing clients with asset management and allocation services, including securities investments, Shousheng Asset Management's professional team can provide clients with professional and pertinent advice, allowing them to grasp the overall situation.

Type 9 Regulated Activity (Asset Management) License

The asset management combines the management team's cross-regional and cross-asset type investment research, analysis and execution capabilities, including ABC International's HK$25 billion overseas investment portfolio in Hong Kong, Guangzhou Financial Holdings' HK$10 billion mixed asset portfolio in Hong Kong (including some of Yuehai's real estate in Hong Kong), and Japan Orix's HK$13 billion credit portfolio in Hong Kong, as well as Shousheng Asset Management's clients' effective corporate credit portfolio.

Fintech Shousheng Asset Management collaborates with various fintech companies, including payment platforms, cloud computing, big data analysis, blockchain technology and the third-generation Internet (Web 3.0). Beyond the traditional financial field, it provides clients with additional innovative financial investment advice and considers their most suitable asset management solutions from multiple angles.
